Exchanges: In an unlikely event that you encounter a problem with your lash product(s), we ask that you contact us immediately but no later than 48 hours from day of purchase so we can determine your eligibility for an exchange
Shipping may vary depending on your location. Ground shipping can take up to 5-7 business days to arrive. Ground is not expedited shipping.
